By accessing or using AirportWaitTime.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AirportWaitTime.com provides estimated airport security wait times, flight status information, weather data, and related travel information. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by voluntary donations.

No Guarantees

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Service. Wait times, flight data, and weather information are sourced from third-party providers and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRPORTWAITTIME.COM, ITS OPERATORS, OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. This includes, without limitation, damages for missed flights, travel delays, financial losses, or any reliance on information provided by the Service.

You acknowledge that wait time estimates are approximations and should not be your sole basis for travel planning decisions. Always allow extra time when traveling to the airport.

Third-Party Data

The Service aggregates data from third-party sources including but not limited to the FAA, AviationWeather.gov, AviationStack, and community-submitted reports. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data. Third-party data is subject to its own terms and conditions.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading wait time reports
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in an automated manner
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Donations

Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not entitle the donor to any additional services, features, or guarantees beyond what is freely available to all users.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirportWaitTime.com and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
